Additionally, Scissortail coordinates with dental specialists in Edmond and Oklahoma City for services which might require advanced training. We refer our patients to the same orthodontists, endodontists, and oral surgeons who have treated our families; we want the same level of care for each patient that we expect for those we love.
We offer several anesthetic options for optimal patient comfort. Nitrous oxide is available to patients at no additional charge. We often use the “Wand” for local injections because patients report that it is more comfortable than traditional syringes. We also offer a reversal agent for local anesthetic called “OraVerse” for those patients that would like the numbness to wear off faster.
